bdjoy Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

Access to bdjoy is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds or participating in any game or betting activity on bdjoy. bdjoy conducts age verification as part of the KYC process prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited at the time of accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify that use of bdjoy is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player under bdjoy's Responsible Gaming programme or any affiliated programme at the time of registration.
• You must be registering for your own personal, non-commercial use. Use of bdjoy on behalf of third parties, businesses or syndicates is prohibited.

Each natural person is entitled to register and maintain only one (1) bdjoy account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh and a valid Bangladesh mobile number (starting with 01). Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. bdjoy will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
• bdjoy reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle. Players must provide supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address when requested. Failure to complete KYC will result in suspension of withdrawal rights.
• bdjoy accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or pledge your account or any funds held in it to any third party under any circumstances.
• bdjoy may suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or where the account holder can no longer demonstrate continued eligibility. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure due to Terms violations may be withheld pending investigation.

bdjoy accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard, as well as selected Bangladesh bank transfers. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, however deposits exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction may require additional verification.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the bdjoy account holder. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account is not in the account holder's own name — are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being frozen and the account being closed.
• bdjoy applies zero processing fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Fees charged by your bank or mobile banking provider are outside bdjoy's control and will not be reimbursed.
• Deposited funds are credited to the player's bdjoy wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transaction from the payment network. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, the player should contact support with the transaction reference number.
• bdjoy does not accept deposits from players who are self-excluded or whose accounts are under suspension at the time of the deposit attempt. Any such funds received in error will be returned to the source payment account, less any applicable payment network charges.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
• All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address. Processing time for KYC documents is up to 48 hours on business days.
• Once approved, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are processed within 2 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day.
• bdjoy reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request that triggers internal risk controls, pending additional verification. Players will be notified of any such delay via the registered mobile number.

bdjoy offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The acceptance of any bonus is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated on each bonus offer page. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Welcome Bonus offers are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household and per device. Multiple accounts created to claim bonus offers multiple times constitute fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Free spin bonuses issued as part of a promotional offer are valid for the specific game(s) stated in the promotion. Free spins expire 7 days after being credited unless the offer states a different expiry period. Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the individual offer.
• bdjoy reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus credited in error (whether as a result of a technical fault, human error or exploitation of a system vulnerability) may be removed from a player's account without notice.
• Players who have an active bonus in their account must complete the associated wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal of funds in excess of the initial deposit amount. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

bdjoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and is dedicated to preventing problem gambling and underage access. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits at any time via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session time reminders to receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play. This feature is available at no cost in account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable reality check notifications that appear at regular intervals during active gaming sessions, displaying information about time spent and net session result to encourage informed decision-making.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdjoy. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the KYC process, including the submission of forged or altered identity documents.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name, a family member's details or any other mechanism designed to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to interact with the bdjoy Platform in a manner not intended for human players, including but not limited to automated betting, game manipulation or bonus harvesting.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, vulnerabilities or miscalculations in the Platform's software or game logic for financial gain. Winnings obtained as a result of such exploitation are not valid and will be voided upon discovery.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits or withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds, or using the bdjoy Platform for any activity that may contravene applicable anti-money laundering legislation. bdjoy cooperates fully with regulatory and law enforcement enquiries relating to suspected financial crime.
